My Genius

Geniuses aren't necessarily the smarted people in the world. It doesn't mean they know everything about the world,. They don't have to be a grandmaster chess champion or a world-class artist. All it means is giving birth to one's joy as written in the dictionary. Most of the people in this society live to be a genius but just in their own ways. This is why I am a genius.

The summer of 2008 was when I found the true genius in me. I was walking home from school and I bumped into an older women she was with her child and had many grocery bags in her hand. I asked her if she needed any help with the bag. She looked at me strangely. The reason why was that because in the neighborhood that I was living in at the time was a bad neighborhood, For some reason she put that aside and allowed me to help her with her bags. On the way to the house we had a conversation and found out we had something in common. Which was baseball. We also we also liked the same team which was Boston. When we finally arrived to her place she told me I had a great sense of humor. Which I hadn't heard those words since I can remember. Those words really opened my eyes and helped me find the real genius in me.

Another point in my life where I found true genius in me was in school. It was a Friday I had to stay after school to finish a project. It was for science class I decided to do a volcano but I needed help. Ever time I finished the volcano didn't want to erupt I felt like giving up but my teacher pushed me harder. She told me I will finish and when I do it will be an amazing accomplishment to me and her. So I tried harder until one that that it finally erupted I felt amazed I didn't think I could do it but she taught me never to stop so I didn't and now I will take her helpful and let it guide me through out my life. She taught me a lot of things but mostly it was the knowledge she discovered in me.

These were two major points in my life that helped me find the genius in side me. It showed me that all I needed was sense of humor that God blessed me with. Even those many others are blessed with humor not everybody is the same is my own goal to find your destiny and find what qualifies me a genius.
